A: I don't prescribe any specific diet plans. Conflicting advice and fad diets can leave you overwhelmed, deprived, and do not provide a sustainable solution. Some of my clients have goals that include weight loss, blood sugar management, want to improve digestion and energy, or healing their relationship with food. We conduct a nutrition audit to determine if your dietary habits support optimal health.
