Weightbearing Exercise
Regular physical exercise is crucial for healthy aging. As a new client, you will start with a Fitness Audit session where we will discuss your goals, needs, and exercise preferences in detail. During this session, we will also assess your current fitness level and create a plan tailored to your individual needs, focusing on cardiovascular health & stamina, muscular strength, mobility, and stability/balance. This plan will help you establish healthy habits and sustainable fitness routines that fit your lifestyle. I will guide you through the process, ensuring you progress at your own pace for the best results over the coming weeks.
Intentional Living Practices
When working with me, you can expect scheduled Zoom sessions, regular check-ins via messaging and email, and unwavering accountability. We will monitor and track your progress together and pivot as needed to ensure success. Every action you take will be with intention. I will help you incorporate intuitive living techniques such as mindful eating practices and intentional movement plans to help you develop healthy habits for aging gracefully. Rest assured, with my guidance, you will achieve your fitness goals.
Nourished Body & Soul
Ensuring that your body gets the right nourishment for optimal health is essential. Instead of following strict diets or forcing yourself to eat food that you don't enjoy, I can assist you in establishing healthy eating habits that include food you find delicious and provide your body with the necessary nutrients to support your fitness goals and overall well-being.
